"Tortilla Flat" by John Steinbeck.

Danny was a light paisano living in Tortilla Flat with a quest to find ultimate happiness. His search for delight plays a big role in the novel Tortilla Flat by John Steinbeck. Dannys quest for happiness then begins, although all he can think about are his new houses. The future(a) daytime Danny finds his houses and rents one to Pilon for fifteen dollars a month.
